Support recovery efforts in mental health at Fraser Health as a Community MHSU Clinician. This position delivers client-centered treatment and coordinations for those with mental illness and substance use disorders.

You will work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to provide support, advocacy, and care resources to clients in their journey towards recovery. Focusing on evidence-based practices, you will facilitate individual, group, and family support, ensuring access and coordination with community services for holistic care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design recovery-focused treatment strategies with clients
• Provide intake assessments and ongoing case management
• Facilitate access to relevant community rehabilitation resources
• Advocate for clients in health care navigation
• Maintain comprehensive client records and documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Social Work or equivalent
