Nurses develop their best skills through a combination of education and real-life experience. Our Patient Care Novices work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to assist in providing high quality patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to learn hands-on care and gain experience recognizing signs and symptoms and how to respond.
