Drive end-to-end streamlining of Index Licensing Fee activities across Institutional business lines. Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process consistency and scalability. Lead cross-training initiatives to strengthen team capability, enhance redundancy, and improve understanding of interdependent processes. Own BAU deliverables, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality managerial reporting. Identify and implement process optimization, automation, and digitalization opportunities to improve efficiency and control.
