Planning and Reporting: Actively participating in the development of annual financial plans and forecast updates, as well as preparing periodic reports and dashboards (e.g., KPIs) to facilitate business decision-making by management
Financial Analysis: Comparing actual results with the budget and forecasts, and diagnosing the causes of variances
Business Partnering: Ongoing communication with local controllers and managers from various countries to discuss results and act as a strategic business partner
Automation and Optimization: Working to improve reporting tools and optimize processes, as well as implementing new solutions in financial systems (such as SAP or Oracle)
Accounting Support: Close collaboration with the accounting department (Record to Report) during month-end close processes, ensuring the accuracy of financial data
