Major Responsibilities include:
Lead the operations FP&A finance organization and activity in WeilburgProvide guidance and leadership on the operations finance roles such as FP&A, Gross margin, Std costing, periodic close and reporting and other ad hoc requestsCollaborate with Operations leadership team to provide needed support and consultationContinuous improvement mindset, partnering with different areas of the organization, identifying gaps, cost savings and productivity.Ensure that finance policies and proper accounting rules are being followed consistently and SOX-compliant in all areas of responsibility.Assist in all other ad hoc requests which require financial modeling, scenario analysis and simulations.Important Skills:
