Summary –

  • Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, and the Senior Maintenance

    Supervisor the Foundry Maintenance Supervisor directs maintenance personnel in the foundry.

  • Assumes the duties of Senior Maintenance Supervisor in his absence.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

    • Reviews work orders and ensures that work schedules are met.

    • Organizes and assigns work.

    • Supervises skilled and semi-skilled employees performing major repairs and preventive

      maintenance to buildings and equipment and grounds.

    • Anticipates maintenance and personnel problems and resolves problems to minimize

      their effects on production.
