As a founding team member, you aren’t just running processes; you are building the foundation of a category-defining platform. You will have deep ownership of the operations process, from solving key day-to-day roadblocks to setting up the right processes that are built for scale, helping us navigate the zero-to-one journey and scale an experience that solves real-world needs for parents.

The Role

You will fully own the inventory lifecycle from the moment stock hits our building to the moment it is ready to go to the customers. This is a role requiring hands-on warehouse team management, process setup, and analytical oversight using modern operational tools.
