Women in AI Global Association was founded in January 2026 to build the global infrastructure through which women lead, define, and own the future of AI. We are not a diversity initiative. We are an AI competitiveness initiative. Our flagship platform, the AI Mission Hub, connects organisations with hard human‑centred AI challenges to diverse founding teams who solve them. We run talent development programmes and a monthly event series across Oslo. We are early, ambitious, and building something that will matter.
