To support the development, delivery and evaluation of the clinical pharmacy service to Surgical, Women & Children's specialties. To participate, with support where appropriate, in Consultant led ward rounds. To develop, deliver and evaluate training programmes for pharmacy staff and other members of the MDT managing this group of patients. To actively participate and develop a pharmacy related Quality Improvement programme within these specialties. Embark on relevant training to support progression e.g. independent prescribing, designated supervisor, where appropriate. To actively participate in a specialty Consultant led ward rounds and pharmacy led out-patient clinics. To supervise and develop other members of the pharmacy team in the provision of pharmacy services to Surgical, Women & Children's specialties.
