Manage and oversee the overall Forwarding Department functions and ensure all objectives are being met
Search for potential new client, cold call, and set appointment with potential clients – research, build relationships, maintain and leverage current network connections.
Manages client retention and enhance existing business relationship – offering new products and services.
Conduct Vessel reconciliation and manifest procedures
Ensure completion of documentation and invoicing process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration or any related field
With at least 10 years of working experience in Domestic and International Freight Forwarding and NVOCC
Knowledge in Documentation Compliance and Standard Procedures.
Knowledgeable in PEZA process.
Knowledge in Government Permits and Licenses required in Import/Export of various cargoes
