The Forum Facility Technician

Job Summary
The Facilities Technician is primarily responsible for assuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility, including bathrooms, floors, common areas, stairs and grounds. This position also assists with light repair and maintenance work and provides support services throughout the building.

Key Responsibilities

+ Clean and maintain the floors including waxing, buffing, striping, and mopping.

+ Clean and maintain the common building areas including bathrooms, corridors, elevators, entrances, staircases and exits.

+ T rash removal and replenish supplies as needed.P erform other duties as assigned by Facilities Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

+ Maintains effective working relationships with support personnel, contractors, vendors, and other service providers.

+ Keeps management informed of the operating status of the building.
