Job Description
We’re looking for dedicated and motivated Full Time Forklift Operators to join our logistics team on Dayshift or Afternoon Shift working from our Penfield Depot.
Day Shift 6.00am to 2:30pm
Afternoon Shift 2.30pm to 10.30pm
Overtime is available on weekends and public holidays.
Reporting to the Terminal Manager, the position includes the following responsibilities:
Loading and unloading trucks, trailers, containers and rail wagons Sorting, labelling and checking freight against customer delivery paperwork Restraining loads as per the National Load Restraint Guide Handling both general and non-standard freight Counterbalance and Twin Tyne forklift operation Palletise and pack loads as required Lifting and dunnage duties Perform stocktaking and checking of freight General cleaning duties.
