**Job Title: Forklift Operator**

**Job Description**

The Forklift Operator supports seed production operations by performing a variety of plant, warehouse, and field activities that change seasonally throughout the year. This role is hands‑on and supports equipment operation, material handling, quality tasks, and general facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general plant, warehouse, and field operations based on seasonal production needs
+ Assist with seed handling activities including receiving, staging, sorting, and material movement
+ Operate basic production equipment and support automated processes under direction
+ Perform housekeeping and maintain clean, organized work areas in accordance with safety and quality standards
