The key responsibilities of this role include:
To be the first point of contact for customers arriving at the branch
Ensuring that the yard is kept tidy and health & safety is adhered to at all times
Ensuring goods are checked, accounted for and loaded on correctly
Provide good customer service and good advice on products for their customers
Assist with the the unloading and loading of deliveries using a forklift
