We are recruiting for an Outbound Warehouse Operative to join a busy operational team based in Grangemouth. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced warehouse environment where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are key.

The Role

You will support outbound warehouse operations, ensuring goods are picked, loaded, dispatched, and recorded accurately while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Picking, staging, and loading finished goods
Operating Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
Completing warehouse system transactions accurately
Supporting stock control and stock rotation activities
Assisting with loading and unloading vehicles
Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
