We are seeking an experienced Foreperson to join our Wellington team and take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, leading crews to deliver high‑quality work safely and efficiently.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring work is completed to programme, budget, and Downer's high safety and quality standards. You will work closely with Supervisors and management while leading from the front to drive team performance.
