Our client a well established building contractor in Durban is looking for a Foreman to join their team and assist with the running of upmarket residential construction projects in the North Coast region (Salt Rock and surrounds). POSITION INFO:
Main duties include:

• Construction of works to latest engineering / architects drawings and specifications
• Planning based on construction program to meet target end date.
• Co-ordination of plant, labour, formwork and materials on site.
• Take pride in work on site and ensure works are carried out to best possible quality and protected during the project to minimize snags at practical, works and final completion.
• Supervise and train workers and tradesmen.
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
• Ensuring all employees on adhere to company safety policy and OHS Act
