About the role

Lead civil crews across drainage, infrastructure, and earthworks projects. Coordinate daily site activities, manage productivity, maintain safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews and subcontractors onsite
• Plan daily work programmes
• Drive health and safety compliance
• Coordinate plant, labour and materials
• Liaise with clients and project teams

Qualifications

• Proven civil construction foreman experience
• Strong drainage or infrastructure background
• Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 advantageous)
• Sound health and safety knowledge
• Previous experience in leading crews and meeting targets
