Role Purpose:
The Project PMO (Finance) is responsible for coordinating all finance-related activities within the program, ensuring alignment across workstreams and providing structure, governance, and visibility on financial deliverables. The role supports the effective execution of the merger program.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate financial workstreams across planning, reporting, accounting, and integration teams.
Track and monitor key finance deliverables, milestones, and risks across the program
Ensure consistency and alignment of financial outputs across multiple teams.
Support governance forums with preparation of financial updates, reports, and materials.
Act as central point of contact for finance-related project coordination.
