Job Title: Food Service Production Rep (Cook)

Shift: - Rotating - 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (with every other weekend rotation)
Location: Holy Cross Germantown Hospital, Germantown, Maryland
Position Purpose:
The Food Service Production Rep (Cook) prepares specified items by following recipes and culinary standards set by the chef and retail manager
As a “Food Service Production Rep (Cook)” you will:
Operate safely and effectively industrial kitchen equipment when needed and using appropriate culinary tools in a safe manner.
Consistently keeps the department in a way that meets and exceeds all state, county and regulatory agency compliance.
