About the role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a food service assistant to join Victoria Police. This position is attached to ‘People Development' who are responsible for providing education, training and development for all employees of Victoria Police from initial training and throughout their career.
This role contributes to the delivery of large-scale catering services across two key sites- the Victorian Police Academy and Airlie Leadership Development Centre. As a Food Service Assistant, you will work as part of a team supporting commercial kitchen operations, with the Academy kitchen staffed by ten people and the Airlie kitchen by three.
The role involves assisting with preparing coffee (barista quality), customer service, operating dishwasher, maintain hygiene standards, ensuring meals are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
