To perform skilled work in the preparation and service of nutritionally adequate, reimbursable meals and being responsible for meeting production deadlines and assume responsibility for the quality of food products.
ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Food & Nutrition Services General Worker (Assistant I) shall carry out the essential performance responsibilities listed below:
Follow daily work schedules for food production, service, and cleaning. Participate in on-going state-approved training and educational initiatives relating to Food & Nutrition Services including Foundations of School Food Service, Nutrition, Quantity Cooking and Sanitation class.
