Degree or equivalent in relevant subject and a nationally recognised qualification in training design, delivery and evaluation
Academic Background in food/dairy technology.
Expertise in a wide variety of training and learning styles, techniques and methods including the Face to Face and Virtual training, in addition to special advisory and auditing activities
Substantial experience and a demonstrable track record in innovative training design. Knowledge and experience of working with at least two of the following management system standards: ISO 22000, FSSC, BRCGS and GMP
Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels within client organisations. Fully conversant with Zoom, MS Teams, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Webex.
