Kinetic Recruitment are seeking experienced Food Production Operatives to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Tameside.
Please note that only candidates who meet the mandatory requirements below will be considered. If you do not have strong English and Maths skills AND previous food production experience, we will not be able to progress your application. As a Food Production Operative, you will be working in a highly fast-paced, targeted factory environment. Your typical responsibilities will include:
* Packing finished products into boxes
* Lifting bags or boxes weighing up to 25kg
* Conducting quality checks throughout production
* Loading, palletising, and general line support
* Working as part of a team while using your own initiative
* Maintaining a consistent and fast work pace
* Reading documents
