The Food Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food outlet to ensure profitability, efficiency, and compliance with Halal and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities - Operations Management: Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures. Manage inventory levels of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging supplies to minimize wastage. Ensure strict compliance with NEA (National Environment Agency) hygiene regulations and MUIS Halal standards (if applicable).
- Staff Management: Lead, train, and supervise outlet staff (Cashiers, Kitchen Assistants, Service Crew). Create work schedules and manage manpower costs. Handle staff discipline and resolve conflicts.
