University degree and 4 years of related experience, or minimum 8 years of related experience

Solid experience in a high‑volume food or hospitality environment
Responsibilities
Lead and guide the food team in maximizing sales through commercial and operational excellence to deliver on common objectives and goals.
Ensure the food offer is locally relevant throughout the different sales channels by acting on insights from the local market potential and collaborating with the team and key stakeholders in the business to attract visitors.
Ensure food financial results (top and bottom line) are according to unit and national frames.
Ensure global and national compliance standards are met to secure a safe environment for customers and co‑workers.
