We are looking for an experienced Food Innovation & Technical Manager to lead the successful commercialization of new food products, menu innovations, and process improvements across our commissary and restaurant operations. This role bridges Culinary, Research & Development, Operations, and Manufacturing to ensure new products are scalable, cost-effective, and consistently executed across all locations.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in food manufacturing, restaurant chains, or commissary operations with expertise in product commercialization, recipe standardization, technical documentation, and operational excellence.
