Job Description
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Food & Beverage operations while ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and team performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily restaurant, bar, Executive Lounge, room service, and conference and events operations.
- Leading service during busy meal periods and functions.
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting Food & Beverage team members.
- Conducting preservice briefings and on the job training.
- Ensuring exceptional guest service and resolving guest enquiries professionally.
- Maintaining high food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Supervising conference and event service in accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
