An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join a dynamic hospitality and catering environment. Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
National Diploma in Hotel Catering or equivalent qualification
Minimum 8 years' experience within the catering, hospitality, or food service industry
At least 5 years' management experience
Strong financial acumen with experience in food cost control and budgeting
Valid driver's licence
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong people management and leadership abilities
Fluent in English
Ability to work flexible hours as required by the operation
