This role supports the Restaurant Manager in leading daily operations, guiding the service team, maintaining quality and cleanliness, and ensuring guests feel genuinely cared for from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities Service & Guest Experience

• Supervise the dining floor to ensure gracious, attentive, and efficient service aligned with Basil’s hospitality standards.
• Manage seating flow, table assignments, and waiting lists to balance comfort and turnover.
