Food and Beverages Specialist/Chef
The role: The Food and Beverages Specialist will be responsible for offering support in cleaning and kitchen services.
Responsibilities:
Under guidance take lead in food preparation, including cooking, grilling, baking, following standardized recipes and guidelines for meal preparation.Monitor food quality during preparation to ensure food safety and adherence to established food preparation standards.Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely preparation and service of meals.Share knowledge and guidance to other staff members (kitchen) on food preparation techniques and standards.Respond to inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
