This is a full-time, on-site management role based in Sepang at Sama-Sama Hotels KL International Airport. The manager will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences aligned with the brand’s hospitality standards. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring team members, coordinating front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage activities, and optimizing occupancy, revenue, and service efficiency. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, handling guest feedback and escalations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures, and supporting the implementation of company policies and initiatives. The manager will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional departments to drive service excellence, operational improvements, and a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
