Reporting to the Privacy Director, and indirectly to the Vice President (VP) Legal, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIPOP) Officer is responsible for managing the FOIPOP process for NSH; providing expert advice and support to ensure NSH’s compliance with all applicable legislation, as well as internal FOIPOP policy and procedures.
The FOIPOP Officer processes information access requests under the Nova Scotia Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPOP Act), including consult requests, and supports the development and delivery of education a...
