About the Position:

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with pediatric experience to join our team in Hornell, NY.

Clinic Schedule :

• Monday: 8:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Tuesday Thursday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Work alongside two other APPs in a collaborative environment - 36 - 40 hour work week

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with an MD/DO to lead the care team in medical decision-making
• Conduct history & physical exams (HPI)
• Diagnose conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
