I'm working with a leading commercial property and facilities management business to recruit an experienced FM Operations Manager for a major commercial estate.
 
This is a hands-on FM Operations role with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the estate, alongside broader oversight of service delivery, contractor performance, compliance, projects and occupier experience.
 
The successful candidate will combine strong operational FM experience with good technical awareness and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, occupiers, contractors and site-based teams.
