Working Hours/Days

7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, overtime as approved per workload

Basic Duties


+ Work closely with supervisor in daily organization and handling of samples, as well as data registration.

+ Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

+ Keep the work area neat and organized, display good customer communication skills

+ Utilize, DBS and Caterpillar SOS Service Manager (computer programs) to register fluid samples.

+ Answer phone calls that get transferred to the oil lab

+ May use Excel spreadsheets to document/record notes when needed.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications


+ Heavy equipment/agriculture/truck repair experience is preferred.

+ Must be an organized self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
