The Flow Associate Team Leader will support the Team Leader in providing overall management and supervision of the Flow Team while developing their own knowledge, skills and abilities. This is a working position that will perform all the functions assigned by the Team Leader including receiving, product separation, Flow selection, pallet consolidation, unloading/loading of product, customer service, assisting with warehouse work, supporting all DC programs and upholding regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

 Interview, select, train, develop, and counsel Team Members in a manner that is conducive for building and sustaining a high performing team, and minimizes turnover.

Ensure that all Team Members are following the training program, including monitoring progress and processing all required paperwork.

Establish and maintain a positive work environment, which sustains an exceptionally high level of Team Member morale.
