            Job Responsibilities Maintain the flower freshness in all displays and arrangements. 
Ensure outlet flower arrangements and deliveries are made timely. 
Receive floral deliveries and ensure the quality of flowers meets required standards. 
Support new floral design ideas and area preparations for Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Manager. 
Prepare in advance for flower arrangements, taking into consideration the best minimum cost without sacrificing standard. 
Support and follow through with implementation of new flower arrangements. 
Ensure the flower workshop is clean and flowers on sale are always fresh and well presented. 
Maintain good rapport with all departments and ensure leadership is fully aware of all feedback from either guests or other departments. 
Be proactive in safety and accident prevention. 
Ensure all Team Members are adequately trained in use of all floral tools, lifting techniqu...
