The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring employee activity, coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise, solving problems at a day-to-day level and assisting customers.
In this role, you will:
To be responsible for operating the management of goods under one department following procedures of the Company
To ensure FIFO sequence when stacking up the goods
To monitor and feedback timely on the sales trend and customer purchase trend to the purchasing team
To ensure pricing and display of merchandise items are correct and up to the company's standard
To ensure cleanliness of department area and store
Promotes professionalism of staff in the retail operation department
To guide and ensure the system for overall department activities is in good order
To assist in proving on the job training for new and existing staff when required
