Working alongside the Warehouse Management team, the Floor Supervisor oversees daily activities in the distribution area and is responsible for ensuring staff work safely while meeting production, distribution & fulfillment requirements. Train, coach, and motivate staff to ensure good morale as well as a high level of productivity. Maintain accurate staffing levels to meet department needs. Implement initiatives to improve processes, safety, and efficiency.
