Job Description
Oversee and manage a team of associates to help deliver on the following objectives:
Manage the recruiting, expediting and Quality Control (QC) queues to ensure SLA adherence.Monitor team’s performance metrics, utilize data-driven insights to optimize operational efficiency, enhance inspection quality, and minimize turnaround times.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to address any issues or challenges during the inspection process.Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to ensure the efficient flow of work in the inspection department.Act as the subject matter expert and communication bridge between staff members and customers as needed.Monitor daily production reports to ensure team's performance to meet both Production and Quality targets.Provide leadership and guidance to the inspection team, fostering a positive and productive work environment...
