Regions Hospital is hiring a compassionate, collaborative, and committed Nursing Assistant to join our Float Pool! The Float Pool supplements the peaks in unit census above what the core unit staff can manage and covers units that inpatient staff would not be comfortable going to. When you start your career as a Nursing Assistant you will receive 2-3 weeks of training with our nursing education to learn more about our electronic health system, hospital safety, disengagement skills and restraints, and unlicensed assistive partner skills.
