Job Overview

Join our Flight Controls team as a manager responsible for one or more sub‑system groups within the BCA (Boeing Commercial Airplanes) Flight Controls Engineering organization. The role spans the full program life cycle—development, certification, and sustaining—across aircraft such as the 787, 737MAX, 777X , research, and future projects. The position is hybrid/telecommuting; on‑site work may be required at selected locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team priorities, work statements, resources, and budget allocation.
• Lead recruitment, development, and performance management of engineering staff.
