The Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is looking for flexible nursing staff to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care needs. This role includes mentoring unqualified staff and ensuring high-quality care for community clients.

Successful candidates will work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM and will coordinate care for designated individuals, utilizing clinical skills and complex decision-making in a supportive and collaborative environment.
