Responsibilities:

+ Process registration and title paperwork for new and existing vehicles within the fleet.

+ Work in close contact with state agencies to obtain titles and registrations.

+ Ensure that registration/plates are ordered from the state motor vehicle agencies in a timely manner to supply the credentials to the field so equipment can be released for rental.

+ Update mainframe with title and plate numbers.

+ Ensure all documents are scanned into imaging systems.

+ Run queries and work with various programs using our database.

+ Know all procedures and processes in the various jurisdictions for licensing trucks and trailers.

+ Keep supervisor and manager informed of the new production schedule and status of licensing and license renewals.
