Monitor and facilitate the transportation of all products, parts, trailers and/or services offered by any Group of Companies between distribution points or manufacturers.
Develop strategies and analyse existing systems for operations and identify new improvements for the transportation system.
Implementation of systems and procedures to recorded and manage all critical aspects.
Update and maintain trucks and drivers' information and inventory of spare parts and tyres database daily.
Coordinating fleet maintenance and repairs and file accidents
Ensure that all drivers have the correct documentation for transportation.
Manage and communicate with drivers for scheduled collections and drop-offs and training the status of vehicles and loads.
Oversee and check he logbooks of drivers to ensure that all information is accurate and on time for authorisation and payment.
