Qualifications:Minimum 3 yrs of experience as front of house managerial/operational experience in a 4 / 5 * luxury hotel, cruise line or hospitality industry related field preferred.Ability to travel extensively throughout the fleet and to self-manage workload and productivity levels to ensure maximum output through remote supervision.Ability to conduct training sessions at all levels including one on ones and large groups.Flexibility to manage, focus, direct and encourage a positive, dynamic, diverse housekeepingoperation by navigating through a changing work environment.Excellent fluent English (verbal and written).
