Real Estate company with a diverse retail & commercial & industrial portfolio based in Parktown is looking for a Fleet & Asset Manager to oversee all their fleet of commercial vehicles ( Car Rental space or similar).

POSITION INFO:
Duties: Ensure the carrying out a wide variety of tasks related to planning, managing, supervising, and coordinating the fleet management related activities Ensure the effective running and management of the Fleet of Vehicles and the assets of the Group Ensure that all vehicles are in good running order Ensure maximum fleet capacity, and any other downtime or repairs are reported Ensure that vehicles are booked in for services nationally both externally and in-house when the services fall due Ensure that regular service interval on vehicles to optimise functioning and minimise pollution Ensure that all operational assets are maintained and repaired to ensure a ma...
