Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new flavor formulations from concept through commercialization.
  • Manage formulation activities, ingredient selection, testing, and product optimization.
  • Identify and evaluate alternative ingredients and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Conduct shelf-life studies and reformulate existing products to improve quality and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing, procurement, quality, and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and co-manufacturers on development and commercialization projects.
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timelines, quality, and business objectives are met.
  • Drive innovation through new product concepts, ingredient technologies, and process improvements.
