Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a key Technology Transformation initiative. This role focuses on delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management solutions and supporting strategic IT projects. The position requires an on-site presence, with hybrid work considered periodically.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and solution validation sessions.

Develop user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining traceability in Azure DevOps.

Create process models using UML, BPMN, and process flow diagrams.

Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
